Whether you will be selling to this burgeoning market or just moisturizing your own ink, this workshop is for you. In this hands-on session, participants will craft a safe and soothing tattoo salve. You’ll learn which ingredients are best, which to avoid, and how to customize recipes for specific needs. Leave with a base recipe, a list of trusted suppliers, substitution tips, and two containers of your own handmade tattoo salve! No experience necessary!

In this class we’ll use the simple art of papier mache to craft decorative art for your home. Be your own interior designer while we make a simple serving platter, a vase or 3-dimensional wall art.

We’ll regroup later in the week for an informal second session - once your pieces have had time to dry - to paint and seal your decor. If you like, bring photocopies of favorite photos and/or decorative papers for collage!

From Pet to Patch: Turn Your Pet Into an Embroidered Patch - Session 3

**This workshop requires a reference photo of your pet. Once you are enrolled in the class, please email your pet's photo to [email protected]. If you do not email the photo by 3/29, you will be given a different image to embroider**

Learn how to embroider a portrait of your pet! Before the workshop, Sara of Bear&Bean will draw a custom portrait of your pet and a pattern for you to stitch on. During the workshop, you will learn beginner-friendly techniques on how to fill in the design with thread, paint-by-number style. When finished, the embroidery can be used to decorate a piece of clothing, hat, or bag.
