Introduction to Broom Making - Session 1
Friday April 10, 2026 1:00pm - 3:00pm PDT
Weave a little magic into your craft! In this beginner friendly workshop, you'll learn traditional broom making techniques to create your own turkey wing whisk broom (or two!) perfect for hearth, home or a touch of Halloween enchantment. Guided by maker Sally Ray of Zombolina's Cabinet of Curiosities, you'll explore broom folklore, work with natural materials, and leave with a one of a kind broom ready to sweep or display, and just the right size to fit in you suitcase. No experience needed, but semi strong hands and wrists recommended. (Legs too, as you'll be utilizing a 'foot brake' to wrap your broom.)
