Check-In, Badges & Help

  • Check- In Hours: Conference check-in is from 10am to 5 pm on Wednesday and 9 am to 6 pm on Thursday.
  • Badges: You’ll receive your name badge and lanyard when you check in. Please wear your badge at all times to attend workshops and events.
  • General Questions / Assistance: The check-in table at the top of the lobby stairs is your go-to spot for help. A member of the Craftcation Crew will be there. You can also post questions in the Discord group.
  • Enamel Pin & T-Shirt Pre-OrdersIf you pre-ordered an enamel pin and t-shirt set, you’ll receive them when you pick up your gift bag and badge. If you didn’t grab them then, they’ll be available for pickup at the check-in table anytime during the conference.

Workshops, Schedules & Timing
Arrive to Your Workshop on TimeEnrolled attendees have a 5-minute grace period after a workshop begins to check in. After that, any open seats will be offered to waitlisted attendees in order.
Because waitlists can be long, this policy is firm. Arriving after the grace period may result in losing your spot. Thank you for helping us make room for as many attendees as possible.

WaitlistIf a workshop is full, you can join the waitlist in Sched. Spots may open after the grace period if registered attendees do not check in.
